“Every little detail counts.” We couldn't be more thankful to our supplier’s excellent workmanship and quality control. The production has passed our Quality Assurance - Kudos to our Asian team for going above and beyond in managing every detail meticulously.
Big thank you to the backers who swiftly completed the shipping surveys. We will be sending tracking numbers in few days via BackerKit, please stay tuned.

BackerKit has sent many reminders to those backers who haven't completed the surveys or updated their credit card info. We can only arrange the shipping to those few after the Chinese New Year in early February.

Soon, you will be unfolding horizons and your Orphosis backpacks in 2023. May you rediscover new strength and be able to rejoice in the simple pleasures for all the adventures that may come your way.
Updates:
- Recently, there have been outbreaks in some regions of Guangzhou, but our supplier is being very supportive and we’re still on schedule.
- The logistics provider is confident that the outbreaks and Chinese New Year holidays should not be disruptive.

There are still backers who have been too busy to complete the BackerKit Surveys and some backers have to update card info for the shipping cost. We would appreciate if you could check emails for the reminders and complete this critical step.

Good news, Backerkit surveys are sent! You do not need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey, just click on the survey link, fill it out, and you're all good to go! You will be able to provide shipping information, and pledge for more Orphosis if you'd like. If the email does not arrive (check your spam folder).
If you encounter any problems and/or questions, the support team from BackerKit can help answer those questions for you. Or, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected].

Hi Orphosis Backers,
We sincerely thank you for your patience. We’ll be sending out a survey soon via Backerit in 2 days, where you will provide your address and shipping info. Shipping fee will be charged from there. Fees for each country will vary and backers need to take care of any import tax, duty fees, VAT or custom fees that may apply. We’ve adopted compact packaging to make shipping more cost effective. And we have also chosen a reliable fulfillment provider who has offered the most competitive shipping costs. We try our best to cover some of the shipping expenses, so it’s more affordable for you. WE WILL BE SENDING AN UPDATE ONCE SURVEY IS OUT.
According to the progress, we aim to finish up and ship out Orphosis backpacks before the Chinese New Year Holidays, which are around the 20th of January. Knowing the challenges and making sure quality is met, the team will do our best to deliver based on this timeline.
